Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data PRASPEKT Ltd collects through cement.bg, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is PRASPEKT Ltd, Butterfly Business Center, 42 Ring Road (Okolovrasten Pat), 3rd floor, offices 1 and 9, 1415 Sofia, Bulgaria.

For any question about your data, write to info@cement.bg or call +359 878 860 100.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form

We receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the subject you choose and your message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry.

We do this at your request, as a step before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and because answering enquiries is in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To keep out spam, the form also sends the time it was opened, and the service that receives it may briefly record your IP address to block repeated sending.

When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp

We use your contact details and what you tell us in the same way, to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry.

When you visit the site

The server that hosts cement.bg records technical data with each visit: your IP address, the page you opened, the time, and your browser’s description. We need these records to keep the site running and secure, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When the film plays

Our film is hosted on YouTube. It loads and starts muted when you scroll to it on the home page; if your device is set to reduce motion or save data, it waits until you press play. Your browser then connects to YouTube (Google), which receives your IP address and may set cookies. We show the film to present our company, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you show the map

The map on the Contacts page comes from Google Maps and loads only when you choose Show map. Your browser then connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies. We load the map only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): if you don’t choose Show map, nothing is sent to Google.

Google’s privacy policy explains how Google uses this data, for both YouTube and Google Maps.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our own pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. YouTube may set cookies once the film loads on the home page; Google Maps only after you choose Show map.

You can delete cookies and stored site data at any time in your browser’s settings.

Who receives your data

We share your data only as far as needed:

  • Our hosting and email providers, which process it for us under contract and only on our instructions.
  • Google, if you play the film or show the map.
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC takes part in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing adequate protection. If any of our other providers processes data outside the European Union, we make sure the transfer is protected as the GDPR requires, for example by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep messages, and the details that come with them, as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server records are deleted after a short time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to have its use restricted. You can object to our use of your data based on legitimate interest, and ask to receive the data you gave us in a common electronic format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect what we did before.

To use these rights, write to info@cement.bg. We will answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria (www.cpdp.bg).

Do you have to give us your data?

No. But we need your name and email address to answer a message sent through the form; your phone number is optional. We don’t make automated decisions about you, and we don’t profile you.
